I am Melissa N. Douglas, LCSW, the founder of our practice, and I specialize in working with individuals and couples on healthy relationship building.

I started my journey in social work 12 years ago working with families impacted by the child welfare system and transitioned to providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families. From that work, I gained experience with treating trauma, depression, grief/loss, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, and without a doubt, relationships issues.
